5.9 Specifying Search Information
Information can be added to a document file allowing it to be found
through a search.
Specifying File Properties
1 In File area, select a document file.
2 On the [File] menu or on the menu that appears after right-clicking the
selected file, click [Properties].
The “File Properties” dialog box appears.
3 Click the “PDF Properties” tab.
4 Specify the appropriate search information.
H In the Title, Subject, Author, Keywords, and Creator boxes,
specify the appropriate information.
5 Click the [OK] button.
