5.8 Managing File Versions
PageScope Workware can save a history of different versions of a file and
manage the versions.
1 In File area, select the file whose versions are to be managed.
2 On the [Document] menu, click [Versions].
The “Versions” dialog box appears.
3 To save a version of the current file, click the [Save New Version]
button.
H To specify a comment, type the comment into the Comment box
before clicking the [Save New Version] button.
4 The current version of the file is saved in the version management
history and the information for the Version, Data Saved and
Comment are added to the Existing Versions list.
H To open the version selected in the list, click the [Open] button.
H To delete the version selected from the Existing Versions list,
click the [Delete] button.
H To save the version selected in the Existing Versions list with a
different name in the specified folder, click the [Save As] button.
