5.1 Utility Mode
There are sixteen menus in the Utility mode.
* Only the description for specifying settings for the fax functions is described here.
For details on the settings, refer to the Di1611/Di2011 User Manual.

Depending on the installed options and specified installation region,
some Utility mode functions cannot be set.

1 MACHINE
SETTING
Used to specify settings for the machineโ€™s operating
environment.*
2 PAPER SOURCE
SETUP
Used to specify the size and type of paper loaded in Tray1.
In addition, auto tray switching can be enabled for each
tray.

MANAGEMENT
For details on this menu, refer to the Di1611/Di2011 User
Manual.

REGISTRATION
Used to specify the default setting for each fax function.
8 TX OPERATION Used to specify the default setting for TX operation.
9 RX OPERATION Used to specify the default setting for RX operation.
10 COMM. SETTING Used to specify the default setting for communicating
environment.
11 REPORTING Used to specify the default setting for each report function.
12 INITIAL USER
DATA
Used to specify setting for the initializing user data.
13 NETWORK
SETTING
Available only if the optional Network Interface Card NC-6
is installed. For details, refer to the User Manual for the
Network Interface Card (NC-6).
14 E-MAIL SETTING1 Available only if the optional Internet Fax & Network Scan
Kit SU-6 is installed. For details, refer to the User Manual
for the Internet Fax & Network Scan Kit (SU-6).
