To set the “1st Drawer Paper Select” parameter
Use this parameter to specify the size of paper loaded into the 1st drawer.
The default setting is “Auto Detect”.
1 In the User’s Choice screen, touch
[1st Drawer Paper Select].
2 Select how the size of paper loaded
into the 1st drawer is detected.

Is the loaded paper an inch size
or non-standard size?
➜ Touch [Input Size], and then
specify the desired paper size.
Refer to “Paper Specifications”
on page 4-1 for more details.
3 To select the paper size manually,
touch [Input Size], select the
desired paper size, and then touch
[Enter].
4 To specify a paper size other than
those listed, touch [Custom Size],
touch [X] and [Y], and use the
keypad to specify the desired size,
and then touch [Enter].
