Effective and versatile copying
and printing
The magicolor 4690MF and magicolor 4695MF
cover all your printing and copying needs, helping
you produce reports, presentations and business
cards quickly and easily. High-speed technology
enables you to print up to 24 pages per minute
in colour or black and white. Equipped with an
array of superb standard features, including an
Automatic Duplex Document Feeder and a duplexer
for double-sided printing, a 250-sheet paper feeder
plus a 100-sheet manual feed tray, the magicolor
4690MF and magicolor 4695MF are flexible and
versatile. Comprehensive connectivity is ensured
with 10-Base-T/100-Base-TX Ethernet and USB 2.0
ports. Paper processing of up to 210 gsm allows
you to create a range of media stationery, including
business cards and labels. The optional lower paper
feeder provides an extra 500 sheets capacity for long
print runs.
For even more versatility and convenience, the magicolor
4695MF also offers PCL6 and PostScript 3® capabilities
and can be optionally upgraded to the new Windows
XPS standard. With Gigabit Ethernet as the standard
interface, the magicolor 4695MF is suitably equipped
for your future networking requirements. Enjoy instant

Fax and scan for efficient
communication
With its ECM/Super G3 capability the magicolor
4690MF / 4695MF is a very efficient fax that enables
you to send and receive documents at high speed.
The convenient time-saving address book function
includes up to 220 speed dials. The PC-fax driver
allows you to send documents straight from your PC
without printing them first. With the Forward-to-Email
fax function you can automatically pass on faxes
to an email address, enabling you to read faxes
before deciding if you need to print them. Additional
features include time-send and auto-redial.
The magicolor 4690MF /4695MF is a fast and versatile
scanner that process up to 24 originals per minute.
Enhanced network scan functions give you real
flexibility and include scan-to-email, scan-to-FTP
and scan-to-SMB, as well as TWAIN and WIA scans,
with PDF, JPEG and TIFF available as file formats.
Scan-to-USB memory enables you to store your
scans directly on a USB stick. Included as standard
is the LinkMagic scan software that facilitates
pull scanning directly from your PC – eliminating
the need to start another application. Finally, the
standard PaperPort 11SE scan software provides a
practical OCR functionality, making the managing
and archiving of documents faster and easier.
Superior quality combined with
economic use
Using Konica Minolta’s Simitri® HD toner, the
magicolor 4690MF / 4695MF produces consistently
high quality results. The ultra-fine carrier particles
of this polymerised toner ensure smoother, more
natural images at both low and high density, with
richer gradations and sharper text. Print quality is
excellent with an enhanced resolution of up to
2,400 x 600 dpi for the magicolor 4690MF and
PhotoART-9600
TM
(600 x 600 dpi x 4-bit contone) for
the magicolor 4695MF. The special edge enhancement
feature provides top results especially for text, fine
lines and drawings.
The magicolor 4690MF / 4695MF combines excellent
print quality with economical usage. Auto colour
recognition saves toner by only using colour toner
where it is actually required. Economic copying is
facilitated with two separate start buttons for colour
and black and white copies, giving you the instant
choice. Lastly, the Toner Save Mode makes for highly
economical printing allowing you to save up to 50%
toner when printing drafts or internal documents.
