Specifying TX: HDD settings
Destination Name: Type in the name of the recipient that will be
displayed on the one-touch key in the copier’s
control panel.
(12 alphanumeric characters or less)
Mail Box Name: From the list, select the mail box where the data
will be saved during HDD transmissions.
For details on creating mail boxes, refer to
page 2-12.
File Type and Coding Method:
• File type: Select the file type for HDD transmissions.
• Coding method: Select the coding format for HDD transmissions.
URL Notification: Select whether or not an e-mail should be sent as
notification of the URL where the image data is
saved.

mail Address:
Type in the e-mail address where the URL
notification is to be sent.
