Note
After changing the settings for parameters marked with an asterisk (*),
turn the copier off, then on again.
Subject/Text
This page appears after clicking [Subject/Text] in the sub-menu that
appeared after clicking [Mail/Internet FAX] in the menu. Settings
concerning the subject and text can be specified from this page.
[Clear] button: Click this button to clear the new settings that
were specified or selected.
Subject1 through
4:
Type in the subject for the e-mail.
(40 alphanumeric characters or less)
Text: The text entered here will be used if “TX Doc.
Text Insert” is set to “Custom” on the page that
appears after clicking “Other” in the sub-menu.
(256 alphanumeric characters or less)
[Apply] button: Click this button to change the settings to the
new ones that were entered.
[Clear] button: Click this button to clear the entered settings.
