4.1.8 Column Settings

The

Repository Viewer

displays a list of documents and folders for a selected Repository

Area, showing names and basic information.

This tab dialog allows you to change the order and width of the columns of information

displayed.

To Change the Column Order and Width

1. In the

Column Order:

listbox, use the mouse pointer to select the column.

2. Use the

Move Up

and

Move Down

buttons to change the position of the column.

3. In the

Column Width

(in pixels): field, you may enter a new column width if necessary.

4. Repeat for the other columns if necessary.

5. Click

to accept the changes and close the dialog.
