Document Control Functions
•
Description:
This field contains a description of the current docu-
ment.
•
Filename:
This field contains the filename of the current docu-
ment.
•
Save
This button is only available on the Document Viewer. It is
used to Save any changes that are made to the current docu-
ment in the viewer window. These changes include Image Edit-
ing, Annotation, and document Page changes.
•
Save As
This button opens a dialog and allows the user to save the
selected document in other locations. It also provides the abil-
ity to convert the document into another file format.

Print
This opens the Print dialog and allows the user to print the
selected document.
•
Email
This launches the user’s Email client dialog and allows the user
to send the selected document as an Email attachment to
another user.

Route
This opens the Route Document(s) dialog and uses Document
Route to process and send the selected document to other users
and locations.

Doc Mgr
This returns you to the Document Manager, placing the dialog
on top of other Windows dialogs.
Page Control Functions

Page
navigation controls
This group provides the user with information about the num-
ber of pages in the current document, the page number of the
currently displayed page, and provides buttons to navigate
through the document. The buttons will only be available if the
document contains multiple pages.
