Document Routes Chapter 8
Document Route Selection
•
Document Route
list box This is a list of available Document Routes, used to
select the Document Route that will be modified.
A next to a Document Route name indicates that the
selected Document Route is being edited.

New
button This button is used to create a new Document Route.
•
Remove
button This button is used to remove the selected Document
Route.
•
Rename
button This button is used to rename the selected Document
Route.
Dialog Functions
•
Send to Notes Folder
checkbox
When this is checked, the modified documents are
routed to the Lotus Notes Folder specified by the data
in the following fields.
•
Test Connection
button This button is used to verify the network access and
security credentials for the connection that is specified
by the data field information to insure that PageScope
Router will be able to perform the routing.
•
Folder:
field This field contains the name of the Lotus Notes Folder
to which the documents are routed.
•
Username:
field This field contains the Username that PageScope
Router should use to authenticate to the Lotus Notes
Server.

Advanced >>
button When clicked, additional fields will be displayed as
shown below.
•
Database
field This field contains the name of the Lotus Notes data-
base to be used.
