Document Routes Chapter 8

Remove
button This button is used to remove the selected Document
Route.
•
Rename
button This button is used to rename the selected Document
Route.
Dialog Functions
•
Send to Email Addresses
checkbox
When this is checked, the modified documents are
routed to the Email addresses specified in the
Addresses field.
•
Addresses:
field This field contains the list of Email Addresses to which
the documents are routed.
•
Subject:
field This field contains a subject for the email to be sent.
•
Message:
field This field contains a message for the email to be sent.

Dialog Controls

OK
button This button is used to accept the entered information
and close the dialog.
•
Cancel
button This button is used to cancel the operation.
•
Apply
button This button is used to accept the entered information.
The PageScope Router system will verify each email address listed for proper format (e.g.
user@domain), but will NOT verify that the email addresses exist or are otherwise valid.
