A.2 Problems and Solutions
1） Print head overheating
Phenomenon: The ONLINE LED blinks, print head traverse automatically but nothing is printed.
Cause: The print head is overheated.
Solutions: Wait patiently, the printer would resume to work after the print head temperature
decreases.
2） Paper select lever error
Phenomenon: The ONLINE LED blinks.
Cause: The paper select lever is in wrong position when paper in.
Solutions: Remove the paper select lever to the correct position.
3） Home position sensor error
Phenomenon: The printer beeps and the ONLINE LED blinks.
Cause: The home position sensor error.
Solutions: Turn off the power and turn it on again.
4） Paper out or paper jam
Phenomenon: The ONLINE LED blinks.
Cause: The printer is out of paper or jamming.
Solutions: Load paper or remove the jammed paper.
