normal mode, the COPY LED on denotes the Copy 1 mode, the COPY LED blinks denotes the Copy
2 mode.
Facility key for speed mode:
Press LF/FF key once can switch between speed modes. The SPEED LED off denotes the letter
quality mode, the SPEED LED on denotes the high speed mode, the SPEED LED blinks denotes the
super high speed mode.
4.5.2 Using Menu Setup Mode
The default setting is usually set for the users. If you want to know the current default, please print
out the Current Setting Report according to the following steps.
1. Turn the printer off.
2. If using the tractor paper, please fix the tractor paper properly.
3. Hold down both the LOAD/EJECT and LF/FF key at the same time. Turn the printer on.
The printer automatically loads paper and prints the current settings. An example print out is shown
in Figure 4-2.
Caution
1. The items printed in shadow are the current settings. If the initialization of
“Language” is “English”, saving the setting and operating the upper steps again,
and it will print the current settings in English. The way of changing the settings
is in the next section.
2. When choose high speed mode in the menu settings system, compress printing
settings on the setup menu system will not be valid.
