Monday%thru%Friday%excluding%Weekends%and%Holidays.%All!claims!must%include:%model%number,serial%number,%proof%of%purchase%
(dated!receipt),%date%of%installatio n ,%au thorized%equipment%dealer%and%all%pertinent%info rm a tion %suppo rting%the%claim%prior%to%the%
issuance%o f%a %w a rr an t y%c laim%numb e r.%H ours,!premium!or!overtime!service!is!not!included)!and%appropriate%travel.%If%during%the%%
