End Mattress Support Undo 4 screws This product works with multiple cribs- illustrations may vary from your model Step 1: A. Undo the four screws attaching the Mattress Support to the Ends and remove the mattress support.
Undo 4 screws on one side only Base End Undo 6 screws Step 2: A. Undo the four screws securing the End to the Base. B. Undo the six screws securing the End to the Sides. C. Remove one End and set it aside.
Undo 3 screws Side Step 3: A. Undo the three screws securing the Side to the remaining End. B. Remove the Side.
Tighten 3 screws End Side Tighten 4 screws Step 4: A. Replace the End you set aside in Step 2. B. Tighten the four screws to secure the Base to the End, and the three screws to secure the End to the Side.
High Position Middle Position Low Position Tighten all four Mattress Support Step 5: A. Replace the Mattress Support using the lowest set of holes. B. Tighten all four screws.
Outer Frame Thread and tighten 3 screws on each side Step 6: A. Insert the Outer Frame into the space where the crib side was removed and align the screws with the holes. B. Tighten all six screws. C. To use the crib as a day bed, stop at this step.
Thread and tighten (both sides) Outer Frame Guard Rail Step 7: A. To use as a toddler bed, put the Guard Rail inside the Outer Frame and align the screws. B. Tighten all four screws on the Guard Rail securely with the allen wrench.
