Mobility Kit
Install Mobility Kit
NOTE: Place blocks underneath to raise pump
to install wheels and legs.
NOTE: A clamping device or an assistant to
hold assembly while installing kit will
make process easier.
Mobility kit includes 2 solid rubber wheels, 1
center leg, 4 handles and mounting hardware.
Install Wheels and Center Leg:
1. Insert rubber bumper into cross member hole
at center. Place axle brace onto cross
member and rubber bumper with axle brace
angled up. Insert washer and thread nut to
rubber bumper. Tighten loosely.
2. Assemble cross member assembly to frame.
Install screws through frame and cross
member. Insert washer and thread locking
nut to screw. Tighten loosely.
3. Align middle hole in axle to axle brace. Install
screw through axle and axle brace. Insert
washer and thread locking nut to screw.
Tighten loosely.
4. Align holes in axle to frame. Install screws
through frame and axle. Insert washer and
thread locking nut to screw. Tighten loosely.
5. Torque all nuts to 120 in. lb. (13.6 N·m).
Tighten locking nut for axle and axle brace
fi rst to ensure enough room between axle
and frame.
6. Install wheels onto axle, push retaining rings
onto axle.
Install Handle:
1. Align handle with holes on frame.
2. Install screw with washers through handle
into frame. Place curved spacer on opposite
side of frame between handle and frame,
while pushing screw through. Place another
washer outside of handle and thread nut on.
3. Tighten screws enough to allow handle to
move free.
