Symptoms Probable Cause Recommended Action
1. Task lights do not turn on
using the manual light
control.
A. GFCI or RCD is tripped. A. Reset the GFCI or RCD.
B. No power to the mirror. B. Check electrical wire connections
to the power bar.
C. Wiring harness from the light
power supply to the control
module is loose, disconnected, or
damaged.
C. Check the wiring harness for
proper connections. If necessary,
replace the wiring harness.
D. Task light power supply does not
work.
D. Replace the light power supply.
E. Control module power supply
does not work.
E. Replace the module power
supply.
F. Manual light control does not
work.
F. Replace the mirror.
G. Task lights do not work. G. Replace the pivoting sides
panels, or the mirror (for models
without panels).
2. Task lights do not change
brightness.
A. Wiring harness from the light
power supply to the control
module is loose, disconnected, or
damaged.
A. Check the wiring harness for
proper connections. If necessary,
replace the wiring harness.
B. Task light power supply does not
work.
B. Replace the light power supply.
C. Control module power supply
does not work.
C. Replace the module power
supply.
D. Manual light control does not
work.
D. Replace the mirror.
E. Task lights do not work. E. Replace the pivoting sides
panels, or the mirror (for models
without panels).
3. Only one task light turns
on.
A. No power to the task light. A. Check wiring harness for proper
connections.
B. Light cable connection from the
task light to the power supply is
loose, disconnected or damaged.
B. Check the task light cable
connection.
C. Task light power supply does not
work.
C. Replace the light power supply.
D. Task light does not work. D. Replace the pivoting sides panel,
or the mirror (for models
without panels).
4. Nightlight does not turn
on.
A. GFCI or RCD is tripped. A. Reset GFCI or RCD.
B. No power to the mirror. B. Check electrical wire connections
to the power bar.
C. Nightlight feature is deactivated. C. Reactivate the nightlight using
the KOHLER Konnect App.
D. Control module LEDs not
functioning.
D. Replace the mirror.
E. Internal wiring is loose,
disconnected, or damaged.
E. Replace the pivoting sides
panels, or the mirror (for models
without panels).
5. Bright light does not turn
on.
A. Control module LEDs not
functioning.
A. Replace the power supply.
