12. Test Manual Operation
Task Lights
The task light settings are located on the right side of the control module.
Touch the manual light control beneath the settings and slide it left to the full ON position.
Step the control to the right and verify that the task lights dim with each setting.
Nightlight/Bright Light
The nightlight is located behind the control module.
When there is power to the mirror, the nightlight stays on by default.
The nightlight turns to bright light when there is activity within 24″ (610 mm) of the sensor.
After 5 seconds of inactivity, the bright light changes back to the nightlight.
To verify function, dim or turn off the task lights and other room lights. Then move in and out of
the sensor range, waiting 6 seconds for the sensor to reset.
Microphone (Action)
The mirror is equipped with a microphone located behind the action icon.
The action icon illuminates white when the mirror is ready for voice control.
NOTE: An Amazon account is required to enable Alexa voice activation. Refer to the ″Voice Setup″
section.
To manually control the lights or volume without voice activation, touch the action icon to turn it
red.
To re-enable voice control, touch the icon to change it back to white.
Troubleshooting
