Flushing Your Whirlpool
Products to consider
· Powder dishwasher detergent
· Bleach
What do I do?
Adjust the jets fully clockwise so there is no air induction.
Fill the bath with warm water 2 inches above the highest jets.
Add 2 teaspoons of a low-foaming, powder dishwasher detergent.
Add 20 ounces of household bleach (5% to 6% sodium hypochlorite).
Run the whirlpool for 5-10 minutes.
Shut off the whirlpool.
Drain the water.
Rinse whirlpool surfaces with water if desired.
What else should I know?
Flush your whirlpool system twice a month or more depending on usage.

What do I do?
Wipe out after each use with a soft cloth.
To restore dull or scratched baths:
Apply white automotive polishing compound with a clean cloth.
Rub scratches and dull areas vigorously.
Wipe off residue.
Follow with a coat of white automotive paste wax.
What else should I know?
Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Avoid using aerosol products on the bath surface.
Do not use restoring wax on areas where you walk or stand.
