Veal Meatballs

Ingredients:
• 2 small onions
• 2 garlic cloves
• 500 g fresh minced meat of veal and pork
• 2 tbsp. Breadcrumbs (from stale bread rolls)
• 2 tbsp. Parsley
• 1 egg
• Spicy mustard
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Oregano
• 1/2 tsp. Ground nutmeg
• 2 tbsp. Clarifi ed butter
Preparation:
Finely dice the onions and cloves of garlic. Mix together with minced meat, breadcrumbs,
parsley and egg in the steel jug of the ThermoBlend Elite. Season with mustard, salt, pepper,
oregano and nutmeg and knead for 30 seconds at speed 7 until it is one smooth mass. Shape
into oval meatballs with wet hands and fl atten them a little bit. Fry the meatballs in a pan with
ghee from each side for 3-4 minutes until light brown. A side of mashed potatoes and green
salad fi ts perfectly with veal meatballs.
