Ingredients:
• 6 ripe avocados
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 red hot pepper
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 125 g of natural yoghurt
• Sea salt and ground pepper
Preparation:
Halve the avocados, remove the pit. Use a spoon to remove the fl esh and place in the jug of 
the ThermoBlend Elite. Add the coarsely diced tomatoes and hot peppers, the lemon juice, 
the pressed garlic cloves and the yoghurt, mix everything together and puree at speed 4 for 10 
to 20 seconds. Season with salt and pepper. A wonderfully fresh dip, especially in with spicy 
tortilla chips.
