Ingredients:
• 2 garlic cloves
• 75 g black and pitted olives
• 75 g green olives
• 2 tsp. capers (drained)
• 1/4 bunch of basil
• Olive oil
Preparation:
Weigh the olives on the integrated scales. Quarter the garlic cloves and place in the jug of the
ThermoBlend Elite. Chop at speed 5 for about 10 seconds. Push down with the spatula. Add all
other ingredients and chop at speed 5 for about 20 seconds. At this point it could still be a little
bit solid. If you prefer it smoother, just puree it a little longer. Tastes delicious on fresh baguette
and other breads.
