Ingredients:
• 500 g potatoes
• 300 g celery
• 750 mL water
• 2 tsp. of salt
• 100 mL milk
• 40 g butter
• ½ tsp. of sea salt
• Nutmeg
• 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
Weigh the potatoes and celery, peel and cut 
into chunks. Put the pieces of potato and 
celery into the steamer. Steam for about 20 
minutes at 120°C over salted water. When 
the time is up, drain the water and pour the 
potatoes and celery into the steel jug. Add 
milk, butter, nutmeg, salt and the chopped 
garlic to the jug and puree the mixture for 
15 seconds on speed 4 until it has a creamy 
consistency. Serve hot. Delicious with meat, 
fi sh or as is.
