Ingredients:
• 3 tomatoes
• 20 g ginger
• A little oil
• 50 ml red wine vinegar
• 80 g tomato paste
• 1 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
• 2 tsp. Curry powder
• 1 red chilli pepper
• Juice of 1 orange
• 4 fried sausages
Preparation:
Dice the tomatoes. Weigh, peel and grate the 
ginger. Place both ingredients together with a 
little oil in the ThermoBlend Elite for 2 minutes 
at 90°C. Add the red wine vinegar and boil 
on speed 1 at 90°C. Add the tomato paste, 
tomato ketchup, curry powder and the sliced 
chilli pepper and simmer for 4-5 minutes 
at 60°C. Finally, stir in the orange juice and 
puree for 10 seconds on speed 4 until the curry 
sauce has a creamy consistency. If the sauce 
is too liquid, let it reduce. If the sauce has 
become too thick, dilute with a little water. 
Roast the sausages in a hot pan. Serve with 
the homemade curry ketchup. Sprinkle with 
curry powder. Serve with fresh bread rolls or 
French fries.
