Ingredients
90g sugar
25g flour
50g hazelnut powder
2 egg whites
60g melted butter
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Install the butterfly blade.
2. Add the flour, sugar, hazelnut
powder, egg whites and melted
butter.
3. Run the P1 dessert program for 3
minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into moulds
and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
