Ingredients
330g flour
50g sugar
4 eggs
500ml of carrot juice
100g honey
200g of cottage cheese
Vegetable oil
Method
1. Install the dough blade. Add the
flour, eggs, sugar and carrot
juice.
2. Run the P1 dessert program for
3 minutes. Heat a pancake pan
and oil it slightly.
3. Pour a ladle of dough and spread on
the whole pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per
side.
4. Repeat until all the dough has been
used.
5. Serve pancakes topped with cottage
cheese and honey.
