Ingredients
100g of fine semolina
700ml milk
700ml sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
50g raisins
Method
1. Insert the dough blade. Pour
milk and then add the semolina,
sugar and vanilla.
2. Run the dessert P3 program for
15 minutes.
3. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and then
pour the mixture into ramekins. Top with
raisins and serve warm or cold as desired.
