This function is for braising and stewing
foods. Regulate the pressure-holding
time according to personal preference.
Press + or – to adjust.
Timer Function
Set the timer for the cooking function to
end.

Anti-Block Shield and Gasket Maintenance
Disassembly and Installation
of Anti-Block Shield
Disassembly – screw off upwards
counterclockwise.
Assembly – screw back on
downwards clockwise. 1. Prior to each use, inspect
to ensure that the gasket
and anti-block shield are
mounted to the upper
cover.
2. After use, remove any
foreign objects from the
gasket and anti-block
shield. Keep these clean
to avoid odours.
3. Never pull the gasket with
force, as deformation may
affect sealing and
pressure effects.
4. A damaged gasket should
not be used. Please
contact the Kogan.com
customer support team
for information.
