Apple 140g
Orange 200g
Carrot 100g
Method
1. Peel orange and cut into small
pieces.
2. Wash carrots thoroughly, remove
the seeds from the apple and slice
both into small pieces.
3. Set the lid to “closed”. Alternate the
insertion of orange, carrot and
apple.
4. Once two-thirds of the ingredients
have been extracted, switch the lid
to the half-open position to allow
pulp to be expelled from the drum.
5. Continue extracting the rest of the
ingredients.
Tips
The plentiful vitamin C in the orange
creates a synergy with the β -
carotene and vitamin A in the carrot,
allowing increased absorption of
antioxidants.
