Frozen blueberry 100g
Frozen cranberry 100g
Frozen raspberry 100g
Evaporated milk 10ml
Sliced banana 20g
Syrup 30ml
Method
1. Defrost the frozen blueberries,
cranberries, raspberries for 5
minutes before use.
2. Put each ingredient one at a
time (ingredients can be
alternated).
3. Add extra toppings to taste.
Tips
Use the sorbet strainer instead of
fine strainer.
