¼ pineapple
A handful of kale and
spinach
Method
1. Remove the skin and core of the
pineapple and trim and cut the
kale and the spinach to fit the
chute.
2. Close the smart lid and extract
kale, spinach and then
pineapple.
3. When adding the pineapple,
place the smart lid in a half-
open position to release
compressed pulp.
Experiment to find your
preferred ratio of ingredients.
