Topfenpalatschinken
»Hungarian specialty«
Ingredients:
For the pancakes:
75 g flour
1 egg
125 ml milk
1 pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. clarified butter
For the filling:
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
100 g Quark
50 g sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
30 g raisins
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Stir the flour, eggs, salt and milk into a smooth dough and
let it stand for 10 minutes.
2. For the filling, stir butter, sugar and eggs frothy. Add
cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon juice. Hot rinse the
raisins and pat dry. Stir the raisins under the quark mass.
3. Make the Topfenpalatschinken (very thin pancakes). For
each pancake heat a little butter in a saucepan. Pour in
dough with a ladle so much that just cover the bottom. Bake
light brown on both sides.
4. Fill the Pancakes with quark mass, roll up and place them
side by side in a greased baking dish. Bake until the cheese
is firm.
} Grill with microwave high level 5 - 6 min. Or
} Microwave high Level 3 - 4 min + Grill. 5 - 10 min.
5. Before serving, let continue cooking for about 3 minutes
and dust with icing sugar.

Gratin of fruits

Ingredients:
500 g fruits of season
(for example, blue grapes,
Honeydew melon, pears,
plums)
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup (100 g)cream
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. sugar
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the fruit quickly under running water. Coring, stone
and cut into small pieces.
Drizzle with lemon juice and place in a baking dish.
2. Whip the cream until sti. Stir egg yolks and sugar very
foamy and stir into the cream. Heat until a creamy mass and
stir in between.
} Microwave maximum level 3 - 5 minutes.
3. Spread the cream over the fruit and gratin.
} Grill 7-10 minutes.
