Fruit tart with cream glaze

Ingredients:
For the dough:
150 g wholewheat
shortbread
1 pinch baking powder
80 g sugar
1 egg
100 g butter
For the topping:
500 g selection of fruit
200 g sour cream
80 g sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour with the baking powder, fold in the sugar,
and distribute small knobs of butter over the top. Add the
egg and quickly mix everything together to form a dough,
then store in a cool place.
2. Cover a baking tray in non-stick baking paper, add the
dough, press up against the edges and prebake
} 180 - 190 °C 10 - 15 mins.
3. Prepare the fruit, cut into small chunks and evenly spread
over the prebaked base.
4. Beat the egg whites until sti. Mix the egg yolk with the
sugar and lemon juice to form a frothy mixture. Fold in the
egg whites and pour over the fruit, then continue to bake.
} 180 - 190 °C 60 - 70 mins. or
} 180 °C in microwave on medium setting for 30 - 35 mins.
6. After baking, allow the tart to cool for 15 - 20 mins.

Microwave teacakes

Ingredients:
For the dough:
100 g butter
75 g brown sugar
175 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
To decorate:
Chocolate/hundreds and
thousands
Chocolate icing
Powdered icing sugar
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour and baking powder, fold in the sugar and
distribute small knobs of butter over the top. Add the egg
and quickly mix everything together to form a dough. Store
in a cool place.
2. Form the dough into balls, place onto a dish lined with
grease-proof paper and press flat with a fork. Cook in two
portions.
} Microwave on high setting for 3 - 4 mins., rest for 5
mins.
3. Carefully transfer the teacakes onto a baking rack to cool.
4. Sprinkle over the powder sugar or chocolate icing and
cover with chocolate shavings or hundreds and thousands.
