Tuna baguette

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna without oil
1 piece of cucumber
1 small onion
2 teaspoon of capers
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt, pepper
50 g grated cheese
1 - 2 baguette-rolls
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Allow the tuna to drip o well. Dice the cucumber and
onion finely and mix well with the tuna, capers, lemon juice,
salt and pepper and the grated cheese.
2. Halve the baguette rolls and spread the tuna mixture on
them. Scallop on the grill grate
} Microwave, max. level, 7-9 min.
3. Serve with lemon balm garnish.

Pizza toast

Ingredients:
4 Toasted slices of bread
1 Teaspoon of butter
8 to 10 Cocktail tomatoes
4 Slices of salami
4 - 5 pitted olives
4 mild pepperoni
1 knife point pizza herbs
50 g grated cheese
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Toast the bread, spread with butter.
2. Cut the tomatoes, salami, olives and hot peppers into
small pieces, mix with cheese and spices and spread on the
slices of bread.
3. Scallop the pizza toasts on the grill grate.
} Microwave, max. level, 7-9 min.
4. Serve with a mixed salad.
