Potatoes boiled in the skin

Ingredients: 
500 g potatoes of  
uniform size 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes well, prick the skin several times with 
a fork, cook covered.
 } Microwave oven max. level, 8 to 11 min
2. Let it simmer for approx. 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
 } Tip: You can also pack the potatoes in baking paper and 
cook them directly on the turntable.

Boiled potatoes

Ingredients: 
500 g potatoes 
5 tbsp. water 
Salt 
Parsley, finely chopped 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces of uniform size, 
add water, and cook covered.
 } Microwave oven max. setting, 8 to 11 min
2. Let them simmer for approx. 5 minutes before serving, 
salt lightly, and sprinkle with parsley.

Herb potatoes

Ingredients: 
600 g potatoes 
1 onion 
1 tbsp. oil 
125 mL vegetable broth 
Plenty of herbs 
Parsley 
Basil 
Lovage 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into dice of the 
same size, finely chop the onions. Cook covered together 
with the oil and the vegetable broth. Stir from time to time.
 } Microwave oven max. setting, 10 to 12 min
2. Add the herbs and let it stew for approx. 5 min. Season 
before serving.
