Rolled roast turkey
»exotic«
Ingredients: 
approx. 1 kg rolled roast 
turkey 
Oil 
Salt 
Pepper 
Paprika 
1 orange 
1 banana 
200 g pineapple 
250 ml chicken stock 
2 sp. soy sauce 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Rinse the rolled roast turkey in cold water, then try. Mix 
the oil and spices, then pour over the meat.
2. Cook the meat (uncovered). Turn halfway through cooking, 
occasionally basting with the juices.
 } Grill with microwave on medium setting for 35 - 45 
mins. or
 } 200 °C with microwave on medium setting for 35 - 45 
mins
3. Whilst the meat is cooking, peal the fruit and cut into pieces.
4. Remove the meat and store in a warm place. Mix the 
remaining juices with the chicken stock, fruit and soy sauce 
and heat.
 } Microwave on maximum setting for 2 - 5 mins.
5. Slice the turkey into pieces, pour over the sauce and serve 
with rice.

Duck breast fillets

Ingredients: 
2 duck breast fillets 
(approx. 500 g) 
Salt 
Pepper 
1 onion 
Sagebrush 
300 g chestnuts 
(sweet chestnuts) 
1 apple 
Dishes: 
Preparation:
1. Quickly wash the duck breast fillets, dry, and rub in the 
salt and pepper.
2. Peel the onion and chop. Wash the sagebrush. Cook or grill 
uncovered together with the fillets. Occasionally baste with 
the meat juices.
 } Grill with microwave on medium setting for 15 - 20 
mins. or
 } 200 °C with microwave on medium setting for 15 - 20 
mins
3. Chop the chestnuts into crosses. Halve the apple, core and 
cut into small pieces. Add the apple pieces and chestnuts to 
the duck breast and continue cooking.
 } Grill with microwave on medium setting for 5 - 10 mins. or
 } 200 °C with microwave on medium setting for 5 - 10 mins
4. Allow to rest for approx. 5 mins. before serving. Serve 
with the apple and chestnut garnish.
