50 g dark chocolate
400 mL milk

Preparation:
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a milk jug or
a glass decanter. Stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven medium setting, 2 to 3 min
2. Stir in the milk with a small egg whisk and heat. Stir from
time to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 3 to 4 min
3. Sweeten with a little sugar as desired.

Ingredients:
2 tsp. of sugar
150 mL water
50 mL rum
Juice of 2 lemons

Preparation:
1. Heat the sugar with the water in a cup. Place a teaspoon
into the cup to prevent boiling retardation.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
2. Add the rum and the lemon juice and stir.

400 mL red wine
1 to 2 cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick

1. Heat the red wine together with the spices in a glass
decanter without metal.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 2 to 3 min
2. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes in the switched-o
appliance and strain it into the cups. Depending on the red
wine and your taste, sweeten with a little sugar.
