Vanilla sauce

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. of sugar
500 mL milk
1/2 vanilla bean
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Stir the starch with the sugar and the milk. Hit the vanilla
bean with the back of a knife, split it, and place it into the
cold milk. Bring the milk under frequent stirring to a boil.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 5 to 7 min
2. Separate the egg. Beat the egg white to a sti
consistency, and scramble the yolk with water.
3. Remove the vanilla bean from the sauce, stir in the yolk.
Beat the sauce with the beaten egg whites. Serve hot or
cold.

Mousse au chocolate
»a calorie explosion«
Ingredients:
100 g bittersweet chocolate
50 g butter
2 tbsp. of brandy
3 eggs
3 tbsp. of lukewarm milk
2 tbsp. of sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) cream
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Crumble the chocolate and melt it in a casserole.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
2. Add the butter and keep heating. Then stir in the brandy.
} Microwave oven max. setting, approx. 1 min
3. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg white very sti. Stir
the yolk with sugar in the second casserole to a foamy
consistency. Add the milk and heat while stirring frequently.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
4. Stir the yolk creme into the chocolate butter mixture.
5. Beat the cream to a sti consistency, stir it into the cooled
chocolate mixture together with the egg white, fill into small
bowls and keep cool for approx. two hours.
