Steamed noodles

Ingredients:
For the yeast dough:
approx. 200 mL milk
2 tbsp. of sugar
1/2 cube (20 g) yeast
250 g flour
1 pinch of salt
20 g butter or
margarine
1 egg
7 tsp. plum puree
For cooking:
125 mL milk
25 g sugar
1 tsp. of butter
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Warm the milk with the sugar for a short time in the
stirring bowl.
} Microwave oven medium setting, approx. 30 sec
2. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and sieve the flour
onto it. Add the salt, the egg, and the soft butter. Knead until
the dough comes o the edge of the bowl. Let the yeast dough
rise for approx. 15 minutes, until the dough has doubled.
3. Put the milk, the butter, and the sugar into the cooking
dish and heat for a short time.
} Microwave oven medium setting, 2 to 3 min
4. Divide the dough into equal portions, form dumplings, and
fill each with a teaspoon of plum puree, if desired. Set the
formed dumplings into the lukewarm liquid. Cover the bowl
with a lid. Let them rise again and then cook them.
} Microwave oven lowest setting, 5 to 7 min +
} Microwave oven high setting, 7 to 10 min
5. Keep the casserole closed until the dumplings are served.
Serve with vanilla sauce, Italian zabaglione sauce or fruit sauce.

Cinnamon
1 tsp. of pistachios
1 tbsp. whipped cream
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Peel the banana, cut it in half lengthwise, and place it
into a dessert bowl. Sprinkle with honey and cinnamon. Heat
without cover.
} Microwave oven max. setting, approx. 1 min
2. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio kernels and serve with a
dollop of cream.
