Fruit sauce

Ingredients:
300 g fruit
(e.g. strawberries,
cherries,
apricots, peaches
pineapple or kiwi)
1 tsp. of lemon juice
1 tsp. corn starch
2 to 3 tsp. of sugar
As desired:
1 tbsp. kirsch
Fruit brandy or fruit liqueur
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Prepare the fruit, quickly wash and if necessary stone
them, cut them into small pieces, and puree them together
with the lemon juice.
2. Fill up the fruit pulp with water to 375 mL. Stir the starch
with the sugar, mix well with the fruit pulp and bring to the
boil while covered. Stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting 5 to 6 min
3. Stir the hot sauce well, possibly add alcohol, season to
taste, and serve.

Chocolate fondue
»for children’s birthday parties«
Ingredients:
100 g bittersweet chocolate
1 tbsp. cream
300 g fruit
(e.g. strawberries,
cherries,
apricots, peaches,
pineapple or bananas)
1 tsp. of lemon juice
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Cut the fruit to bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with lemon
juice.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it together with
the cream in a fireproof pan. Stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven medium setting, 1 to 2 min
3. At the table, keep the chocolate warm on a warmer. Stick
the fruit onto skewers and dip in the chocolate.
