Pasta casserole
»delicious meal of leftovers«
Ingredients: 
250 g cooked pasta 
(e. g. Rigatoni, Penne) 
150 g cooked ham 
150 g mushrooms 
300 g broccoli 
1 cup (200 g) of 
Sour cream 
White pepper 
Nutmeg 
Parsley 
Thyme 
50 g grated cheese 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Cook pasta as usual, if there are no “leftovers” available.
2. Wash and clean vegetables. Divide broccoli into florets. 
Skin Mushrooms and cut them into fine slices.
3. Cut ham into slices and parboil it together with the 
broccoli and mushrooms.
 } Microwave, max level, 6 - 9 min.
4. Add ham and pasta, mix with sour cream, herbs and 
spices, sprinkle with cheese and have it scalloped.
 } Grill with microwave, high level, 10 - 15 min. or
 } Microwave high level, 9 - 10 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.

Cannelloni filled with chard
»from the whole food cuisine«
Ingredients: 
10 to 12 Cannelloni 
(pre-cooked) 
1 kg Chard 
1 small onion 
1 Garlic clove 
500 g Tofu 
1 knife point of white 
pepper 
Nutmeg 
Herb-flavoured salt 
1 cup (200 g) cream 
100 g grated cheese 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Sort out chard, free of hard stems and wash thoroughly. 
Cook it with 1 - 2 tablespoons of water in a covered big dish.
 } Microwave, max. level, 5 - 7 min.
2. Mix chard, onion, garlic and two-thirds of tofu. Season 
with spices.
3. Fill the cannelloni with the chard and tofu cream and 
place side them by side in the baking dish.
4. Cream the remaining tofu and pour over the stued 
cannelloni, sprinkle with cheese, bake it.
 } Grill with microwave, high level, 10 - 15 min. or
 } Microwave, high level, 9 - 10 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
