Potato gratin
»Classics«
Ingredients:
500 g potatoes
Sage leaves
150 g cream
Salt
Pepper
50 g grated cheese
(e. g. Parmesan or
Emmentaler
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into thin slices and
put them into a casserole dish with fan-shaped sage leaves
in between.
2. Mix cream and spices, pour them over the potatoes,
sprinkle with cheese and broil in combination.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 10 - 15 min. or
} Microwave high level, 9 - 10 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
3. Allow to simmer for approx. 5 - 10 min. before serving.

Rolls filled with eggplant and sheep’s
cheese
»ideal for barbecue parties«
Ingredients:
2 eggplants
(approx. 400 g)
200 g goat´s cheese
Sprigs of rosemary
Lemon juice
1 garlic clove
Freshly ground pepper
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash eggplants, cut the stalk and dry them. Cut
lengthwise into thin slices and brush with olive oil. Place the
slices in portions on the grate and grill. Turn over after half
the time.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 5 - 10 min. or
2. Roll a piece of sheep’s cheese with a sprig of rosemary
in the grilled eggplant slices and place in a casserole
dish Sprinkle with lemon juice, add garlic, pepper and the
remaining cheese. Then heat it.
} Grill with microwave, max. level, 5 - 10 min.
3. Serve warm to white bread or grilled meat.
