Vegetable gratin

Ingredients:
500 g vegetables
(e.g. brussels sprouts,
broccoli, leek)
1 cup (200 g) of
sour cream
Herb-flavoured salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
100 g grated cheese
(e. g. Gouda, Parmesan)
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Clean vegetables, wash, prepare according to your taste:
cut into pieces or slices or cut into florets.
2. Put prepared vegetables into the casserole dish and pour
the sour cream with the mixed spices over it. Mix finely
diced ham according to your taste, sprinkle thickly with the
grated cheese and scallop it.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 10 - 15 min. or
} Microwave high level, 10 - 12 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
3. Allow to simmer for approx. 5 - 10 min. before serving.

Filled zucchini

Ingredients:
2 medium
zucchini (approx. 500 g)
150 g cooked
wheat grain
1 small onion
100 g low fat curd cheese
1 egg
Herb-flavoured salt
Fresh herbs (e. g.
peppermint,
balm,
parsley)
100 g grated cheese
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the zucchinis, cut them lengthwise, scoop out with
a spoon and put the flesh aside.
2. Pre-boil the zucchinis with the spooned out side facing
down and covered.
} Microwave, max level, 3 - 5 min.
3. Make the filling. Put the wheat grains, the onion and the
pulp through a meat grinder. Add cream cheese, egg, spices
and herbs and mix well.
4. Fill the zucchinis with the grain mass, put them into the
casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Let it cook openly.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 9 - 10 min. or
Microwave, max level, 8 - 9 min.
