Broccoli vegetables

Ingredients:
500 g broccoli
5 tbsp. water
50 g raclette cheese
1 cup (200 g) cream
Freshly ground nutmeg
Pepper
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the broccoli, cut o large leaves and woody stalk
end, cut into pieces.
2. Cook the broccoli with 5 tbsp. of water while covered.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 5 to 7 min
3. Let the broccoli simmer outside the appliance.
In the meantime, let the cream and the diced cheese
melt. Stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 3 to 4 min
4. Season the sauce with nutmeg and pepper and pour it
over the vegetables. Heat again for a short time, as required.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 2 to 3 min

Leaf spinach with pine kernels

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. of pine nuts
2 tbsp. of raisins
3 tbsp. of olive oil
300 g deep-frozen leaf
spinach
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Steam the pine kernels and the raisins slightly in oil.
} Microwave oven max. setting, approx. 1 min
2. Add the spinach and cook covered.
Stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 10 to 12 min
3. Season before serving.
