Leek vegetables
»also good in winter«
Ingredients: 
500 g leek 
1 tbsp. butter 
100 g boiled ham 
50 mL liquid 
(Vegetable broth/water) 
2 tbsp. crème fraîche 
Black pepper 
Paprika powder 
Herb salt 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Dress and wash the leek, cut it into fine rings, and cut the 
ham into fine strips. Steam in butter with a little liquid.
 } Microwave oven max. setting, 6 to 8 min
2. Stir in the crème fraîche and the spices, check the cooking 
state, and cook a little longer as required.
 } Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
3. Before serving, season to taste, and let it simmer for 2 to 
3 minutes.

Chicory vegetables
»suitable as a main meal«
Ingredients: 
2 medium-size chicory 
(approx. 500 g) 
50 g dark Gouda cheese 
1/2 cup (100 g) cream 
2 eggs 
40 g walnut kernels 
Black pepper 
Cress 
1 tomato 
Tableware: 
Preparation:
1. Wash the chicory, cut it in half, cut out the bitter core, and 
wash again. Place the chicory halves side by side into the 
form, season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Grate the cheese coarsely, scramble with the cream and 
the eggs, mix in the chopped nuts and the spices, and 
distribute them over the vegetables. Cook covered.
 } Microwave oven max. setting, 9 to 12 min
3. Let it simmer for some minutes, decorate with cress and 
diced tomatoes. Serve with wholemeal pasta or rice.
