Mixed paprika vegetables

Ingredients:
2 red paprika peppers
2 yellow paprika peppers
2 small zucchini
1 large onion
2 tbsp. of butter
1 tsp. of herb salt
1 bunch of parsley
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Remove the seeds from
the paprika peppers and cut them into wide pieces. Cut the
zucchini into slices, chop the onion into coarse pieces.
2. Cook the vegetables in butter and covered. Stir from time
to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 10 to 15 min
3. Before serving, season to taste, mix with the chopped
parsley, and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes while still
covered.

Kohlrabi vegetables

Ingredients:
600 g kohlrabi
1 tbsp. butter
Salt
Nutmeg
White pepper
50 mL liquid
(Vegetable broth/milk)
1 tbsp. grated cheese
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the kohlrabi, peel them, cut them into sticks, cover
with the butter and a little salt, steam until soft, and stir
from time to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 7 to 9 min
2. In the meantime, wash the tender green center leaves
and finely chop them.
3. Stir in the nutmeg, the grated cheese, and the liquid, and
the finely chopped leaves. Keep cooking depending on the
cooking state.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 4 to 5 min
4. Before serving, stir well once again, season to taste, and
let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
