Mixed sausage skewers on
vegetables

Ingredients:
1 bockwurst
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1/2 green paprika
3 tbsp. of corn from the tin
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. of tomato paste
Curry
Red pepper
Paprika powder
Tableware:
2 skewers
Preparation:
1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the onion and the
tomatoes into eight pieces each, remove the paprika seeds
and cut the paprika into larger pieces.
2. Cut the bockwurst into pieces and stick the pieces onto
the skewers, alternating with the vegetables.
3. Finely chop the remaining vegetables and steam them
together with the corn and the spices in oil while covered.
Stir once.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 2 to 3 min
4. Let the vegetables simmer while covered and let the
skewers become done. Turn over once.

5. Season the skewers to taste and pour the vegetables over
them.

Cured pork in apple spread

Ingredients:
4 slices of cured pork
(approx. 800 g)
1 apple
1 tsp. of rendered butter
1 small tin of sauerkraut
2 bay leaves
4 juniper berries
Tableware:
Preparation:
} 1. Peel the apple, grate it coarsely, and steam it a little
with rendered butter.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
} 2. Add the sauerkraut and the spices, mix, place the slices
of cured pork into the kraut, and cook while covered. Stir
from time to time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 14 to 18 min
} 3. Before serving, let it simmer for approx. 3 minutes and
serve with mashed potatoes.
