Chicken breast with mozzarella
»fast delicacy«
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast fillets
(approx. 500 g)
Salt
2 tomatoes
30 g black olives
Pepper
1 - 2 stalks of basil
1 ball (200 g) of
mozzarella
100 g cream
1 teaspoon of olive oil or
butter
Dishes:
Preparation:
1. Thoroughly wash and dab the chicken breast fillets dry. Cut a
pocket into each fillet and add salt and pepper.
2. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices and place them
together with the olives into a shallow casserole dish.
3. Fill fillets with basil leaves and cheese slices and seal
them with a toothpick. Put them on the tomatoes and pour
in the cream. Brush with a little bit of olive oil or butter at
your choice and cook it.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 13 - 15 min. or
} Microwave, high level, 15 - 17 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
4. Allow to simmer for approx. 3 min. before serving. It is
best served with rice or potatoes.

Chicken with sage
»fresh as lemon«
Ingredients:
1 chicken
(approx. 1 - 1.2 kg)
Salt
White pepper
1 untreated lemon
2 Garlic cloves
2 branches of fresh sage
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Dishes:
Preparation:
1. Wash the completely defrozen chicken thoroughly under
running water, clean, dab dry, rub it with salt and pepper.
2. Wash lemon under hot water, rub and peel, dice the flesh,
mix with finely chopped garlic cloves and sage leaves. Fill
the chicken with the mixture.
3. Melt butter, mix with olive oil and lemon peel and brush
the chicken with it. Put it into the casserole dish with the
breast side facing down and cook it. Turn it over after half of
the time, brush in between with the remaining butter.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 30 - 35 min. or
} Microwave high level, 25 - 35 min. + grill 10 - 15 min.
