Lamb spare ribs
»Mexican«
Ingredients:
500 g lamb spare ribs, black
pepper, salt
For spice paste:
100 g peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons of sangrita
picante
1 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of red wine
vinegar
1 tablespoon of Tabasco
sauce
1 teaspoon of mild paprika
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of green
peppercorns

Preparation:
1. Wash and dab the lamb spare ribs dry, add salt and pepper,
2. Make the spice paste: cut the tomatoes, mix in the
sangrita picante, honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar,
Tabasco sauce, ground red pepper, crushed garlic clove and
peppercorns and heat them.
} Microwave, max level, 5 - 7 min.
3. Brush the lamb breast pieces with the paste and grill
them on the grate. Turn during broiling and make sure that
the meat does not get too dark, as honey and ground red
pepper burn easily.
} Grill with microwave, high level, 10 - 15 min. or
} Microwave high level, 10 - 12 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
4. Allow to simmer for approx. 3 minutes. Serve with bread
and salad with the remaining paste,

Turkey goulash with beans

Ingredients:
1 turkey breast
(approx. 150 g)
1 slice of bacon
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. of white beans
2 tbsp. of red beans
2 tbsp. of corn
Red bell pepper
Pepper, salt
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Cut the turkey breast and the bacon into strips, peel the
onion and the garlic and chop them to fine pieces. Steam
everything together lightly in oil.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 2 to 3 min
2. Add the beans, the corn, and the spices and cook while
covered. Stir from time to time.
Microwave oven max. setting, 3 to 4 min
3. Let it simmer for approx. 3 min. Season to taste and serve
with mashed potatoes.
