Minced meat balls with sesame
»a children’s favorite«
Ingredients:
250 g mixed
Minced meat of lamb
and veal
1 onion
1 garlic clove
60 g fresh spinach or
frozen
1 bunch of parsley
60 g sheep’s milk cheese
4 tbsp. of sesame seeds, 1
egg
Herb salt
Black pepper
1 pinch of red bell pepper
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove and cut into small
cubes. Finely chop the spinach and the parsley. Mash the
sheep’s milk cheese with a fork.
2. Mix the minced meat with the prepared ingredients, the
sesame seeds, and the egg to a meat dough. Season to
taste with the spices and form approx. 15 round balls with
moistened hands.
3. Depending on the size of the appliance, cook all balls at
once or as two portions. After one half of the cooking time,
turn the balls over.
} 8 pieces: Microwave oven max. setting, 5 to 6 min
} 15 pieces: Microwave oven max. setting, 9 to 11 min
4. Let it stew for approx. 5 min. Serve hot or cold with potato
salad.

Scalloped pork cutlets

Ingredients:
2 pork cutlets
(150 g each)
1 garlic clove
Salt, pepper
1 teaspoon of butter
50 g mushrooms
1 onion,
50 ml white wine
1/2 cup (100 g) of
sour cream
50 g grated cheese
2 tablespoons of
breadcrumbs

Preparation:
1. Rub the cutlets with the cut surface of the halved garlic
clove, add salt and pepper, quickly fry on each side and place
them in a shallow casserole dish
2. Clean mushrooms and cut them finely, chop onions finely.
Mix in a bowl with cream and white wine and steam for a
short period.
} Microwave, max level, 3 - 5 min.
3. Put the mushroom mixture over the chops, thickly sprinkle
with grated cheese and bread crumbs, cook and bake,
} Grill with microwave, high level, 10 - 15 min. or
} Microwave high level, 5 - 10 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
4. Allow to simmer for approx. 3 minutes and serve with
potatoes or white bread.
